Incomplete Personal Data
5.1. It is compulsory to provide your personal data as required to enable us to process your application for our services. Should you fail to provide complete and obligatory personal data, we may not be able to proceed with your application/subscription/purchase or provide you with our services.
How can you withdraw consent, request access to, or correct the information you have provided to us?
6.1. You may withdraw your consent for the collection, use, and/or disclosure of your personal data in our possession or under our control by sending an email to soheduent@gmail.com. However, your withdrawal of consent may mean that we will not be able to continue assession your application as well as any information provided by you to us.
6.2. We may periodically send you emails or messages that directly promote our services. You may opt-out by ‘unsubscribe’ instructions provided in the email you receive or send WhatsApp message to our contact number stated on the website.
6.3. Debbie Soh Education will retain your personal data for the duration of your relationship with us, for such period as may be necessary to protect the interest of Debbie Soh Education Sdn Bhd or its subsidiaries and/or its customers as may be deemed necessary, where otherwise required by the law and/or where required by Debbie Soh Education Sdn Bhd or its subsidiaries’ relevant policies.
Will we transfer your information overseas?
7.1. Your personal data and/or information may be transferred to, stored, or processed outside of your country if any of our service providers or business partners are involved in providing part of the services located outside of Malaysia. We will transfer your information overseas in accordance with Privacy Laws.
